1.1 To which destinations do you send?

We send express to almost the entire metropolitan area (Cartago, Heredia, Alajuela and San José). We deliver to the whole country by Correos de Costa Rica (All other areas not included in the express service, in addition to Limón, Guanacaste, Puntarenas) these selected gifts. 1.2 Do you have a physical store to go buy or pick up directly?

🛒 We are an E-commerce. Unfortunately we do not have any store where you can come to pick up or take a look at our gifts. Of course, we deliver throughout Costa Rica from ¢3000 😊.

1.3 How long does it take to deliver?

Gifts are delivered during daylight hours. We can deliver between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. We offer the possibility of making deliveries in a set period of time such as the morning (9am-1pm) or the afternoon (1pm-5pm). Despite this, we cannot offer a gift delivery service at a specific or approximate time. .Hire our services! We will keep you informed throughout the shipping and delivery process! 1.4 How much does shipping cost?

The express service starts at ¢ 3,000 . Some gifts require transportation by vehicle, so it has a differentiated price. Shipped by Post from Costa Rica from ¢ 4,995 (rate based on the size of the gift)

2. ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

3.1 How long do the strawberry arrangements last once received?

We always recommend fresh or highly perishable products to be consumed immediately or on the same day. Or refrigerate it for a maximum of 24 hours, however Saboreandocr® is not responsible after delivery, likewise after being placed in the Costa Rican Post Office. Some gifts are offered to be sent outside the city (by Costa Rican Post Office), they may have some fresh product (fruits, flowers, dairy products, etc.), in these cases we will automatically substitute long-lasting products without prior notice.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with the conditions of the service, Saboreandocr® reserves the right to provide it, so it proceeds with the return. The client wishes not to receive the service and notifies at least 1 business day from the delivery date (does not apply in special dates or corporate details).
